217 graduates graduated from the Medical Faculty of the Thracian University - Stara Zagora at a solemn ceremony. Of these, 93 are doctors, including 62 Bulgarians and 31 foreign students. The average success of the class is a very good 4.80, and the excellent ones are 10.

          Diplomas were awarded to 24 nurses, 13 midwives, 17 bachelors in Medical Rehabilitation and Occupational Therapy, 23 bachelors in Social Activities, 8 in Health Care Management, 7 in Health Management and a total of 32 in Masters. specialties "Health Care Management" and "Health Management".

          The Rector of the Thracian University Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dobri Yarkov congratulated the graduates and thanked them once again for the voluntary work they did in the fight against the pandemic of COVID-19: "Congratulations on choosing the noblest professions - to help people! I wish you to always be on the side of good and truth.           With loud and long applause, with tears and smiles on their faces, extremely warmly and friendly the graduates greeted their dean Assoc. Prof. Dr. Julian Ananiev for an academic speech. For his part, he decided to send them a short parable in which everyone can find a piece of themselves, but the main lesson was that young people should be grateful to their parents for their long-term support in their studies and appreciate their diligence and love. to your closest people. After the end of the beautiful story, Assoc. Prof. Ananiev turned to the hall full of parents and thanked them on his own behalf for their support. He welcomed the graduates: "Young friends, dear colleagues, I wish you the most valuable thing in your professions - be especially uncompromising, be the meaning of your every action and never betray the truth. Fight for every human breath, for every spark of hope, for every outstretched hand. Be human! Good luck!".

          The newly graduated doctors solemnly took the Hippocratic Oath.

          All other medical personnel also took an oath of conscientious performance of their official duty to human life.

          The event was attended by rectors, deans and directors, guests from other medical universities, heads of various health institutions and companies, media, relatives and parents of graduates.

          All 53 excellent students received diplomas and gifts for their efforts over the years.

And after receiving all their diplomas, 217 academic hats flew to the skies to mark the beginning of the careers of young people who have chosen humanity as a profession.
