Department of Educational Activity

The Study Department provides direct methodological and technical assistance in the work with foreign students, the living arrangements of students and in the handling and preparation of the types of documents issued by the University. The main activities of the department can be structured as follows:

I. Organisational links and relationships:

1. Communication with all units in the structure of Thracian University, in which educational activities are carried out:

Activities to collect and summarize information related to requests for the number of enrolled state-order and fee-paying students and their associated fees;

Academic calendar plan activities;

Requests for the supply of representative documentation (diplomas, certificates, etc.);

Procedures and documentation on student status and student mobility; 

Coordination of the State Examination and Graduation Committees.

Collection and compilation of statistical information, reports, etc.

2. Communication with the Ministry of Education and Science, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Agriculture, NACID, NSI, Ministry of Interior, RDE and other government institutions in relation to the above.

II. Admission activities (Bulgarian and foreign applicants);

III. Preparation and participation in the overall educational process of the Center for Language and Specialized Training of Foreign Nationals:

IV. Student accommodation activities;

V. Activities related to acceptance of documents, ranking and awarding of student scholarships.
