Scholarships are awarded to students admitted by acts of the Council of Ministers when they are citizens of the Republic of Albania, Kosovo, the Republic of Moldova, the Republic of Northern Macedonia, Ukraine and the Republic of Serbia from the beginning of the first year of study.

Only in the first year of study the scholarships are awarded without observing the requirement for success not lower than 4.00.

The amount of the scholarships is BGN 240 per month.

Scholarships are provided to students admitted by acts of the Council of Ministers, but not citizens of the six countries, in accordance with the terms and conditions for Bulgarian citizens.

Students admitted before the 2020/2021 academic year continue their education under the conditions and in the order in which they were admitted.

When transferring from one specialty to another or from one educational institution to another, students are not entitled to a scholarship for the academic years / semesters /, which they repeat due to the transfer, if during the respective years / semesters / they have received a scholarship.

Scholarships are also not paid for the time during which students are absent from classes for reasons not provided for in the regulations.
