Description

Екологът бакалавър, подготвен в Аграрен факултет на Тракийски университет – Стара Загора, е висококвалифициран специалист със задълбочена теоретична подготовка по фундаментални за специалността природни, биологични и технологични дисциплини, върху които са надградени необходимите знания по приложна екология, свързани с опазване компонентите на околната среда, екологосъбразно управление на отпадъците, въвеждане на системи за управление на околната среда в производствени предприятия, предприемачество и иновации.

The specialist ecologist, who has completed his training, is prepared to perform environmental monitoring, analysis, assessment and expertise of air, water (natural and waste), agricultural land and soil; to assess and forecast the real state and ecological risk for ecosystems, for the protection of protected areas and biological diversity, for the impact of harmful substances in air, soil and water on organisms and ecosystems, for the degrees of impacts and changes in biogeocenoses, and to propose solutions to limit and prevent negative changes in natural and anthropogenic ecosystems. He can plan, forecast, develop, controls, introduces and manages environmentally friendly production technologies, p focus of activities in the agricultural sector. Knows and applies the ecological legislation and regulations. A bachelor of environmental law can is realized as a leader, organizer and executor in a number of state, private and public structures and organizations - MoEW, EEA, EMEPA, RIEW, Basin Directorates, Directorates of National and Nature Parks, WWTP, MH, MAF, RHI, Municipalities, companies and enterprises, universities, research institutes, schools, NGOs, foundations, media, national and international organizations with activities in the field of ecology, etc.

Той може да планира, прогнозира, разработва, контролира, въвежда и управлява екологосъобразни технологии на производство, с акцент на дейностите в аграрния сектор.

Познава и прилага екологичното законодателство и норми.

Realization

Дипломираният бакалавър еколог може да се реализира като ръководител, организатор и изпълнител в редица държавни, частни и обществени структури и организации – МОСВ, ИАОС, ПУДООС, РИОСВ, Басейнови дирекции, Дирекции на национални и природни паркове, ПСОВ, МЗ, МЗХ, РЗИ, Общини, фирми и предприятия, ВУЗ, научни институти, училища, НПО, фондации, медии, национални и международни организации, с дейности в областта на екологията и др.

В Тракийския университет се кандидатства с оценки от дипломата за средно образование, или с оценки от присъствени приемни изпити 

Admission to the specialty „Екология и опазване на околната среда“ is carried out after ranking by score. 

The score is made up of the basic mark multiplied by 2 plus two additional marks.

1. Basic Score

Оценката от състезателен приемен изпит/тест или от Държавен зрелостен изпит (ДЗИ). Ако кандидат-студентът се е явявал на някой от изпитите неколкократно или на повече от един балообразуващ изпит, в бала участва най-високата от всички оценки.

Additional scoring are the grades in the diploma from the State Baccalaureate Examination (BSE) or from the compulsory preparation in the subject. If the diploma does not contain the required grades, the grades from the First Secondary School Certificate are used.

Note 1: If the main qualifying mark is from a competitive examination and there are two marks in a qualifying subject entered in the secondary education diploma, one of which is from a State Baccalaureate Examination (SBE) from 2008 onwards and the other from the Compulsory Preparation section, the additional qualifying mark shall be the mark from the state matriculation exam.

Note 2: In the formation of the competition score of prospective students whose secondary education diploma was issued before the introduction of the state matriculation examinations and who do not have a mark from the state matriculation examination in Bulgarian language and literature, the mark from the matriculation examination in Bulgarian language and literature or from the matriculation examination in general education oriented to the verification of competences in Bulgarian language and literature shall be taken as the score-forming mark.

Exam and application fees

Такси за кандидатстване за учебната 2025/2026 г.: 

За първи изпит/тест таксата за кандидатстване е 65 лв. За всеки следващ изпит/тест е 60 лв.

The competition fee is waived for:

a/ persons with permanent disabilities and reduced working capacity of 70 per cent or more - certified by a decision of the TELK;

b/ round orphans up to the age of 25 years in the year of application - evidenced by the death certificates of the parents and the identity card of the prospective student.

c/ persons who, at the time of reaching the age of majority, are subject to a protection measure under the Child Protection Act - placement in a foster family, a residential social service or a specialized institution - certified by an official note from the respective home;

d/ war invalids and war victims;

e/ mothers (fathers) with three or more children - children's birth certificates and parent's ID card must be presented.

Twins pay half the fee when they both apply to TRU - birth certificates must be presented.
