Description

The master's program in "Technology of milk and dairy products" gives students in-depth knowledge of the technological qualities of milk and its suitability for the production of dairy products. The preparation of the program is consistent with the logical connection of the discipline Milk and Dairy Products and other disciplines studied at the Faculty of Agriculture, such as Physics, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, etc., which are the foundation for upgrading knowledge required by the Master of Technology of milk and milk products ”. In the master's program the students get acquainted with the requirements, principles and norms of the European legislation, laid down in the National normative documents for fulfillment of the requirements of the European directives. Emphasis is also placed on the requirements regarding health and safety at work, as well as the production of safe food products.
