"Open Day" at Thrace University Students from the Vocational High School of Agriculture "Geo Milev", town of Maglizh, visited Thrace University today as part of the "Open Day" initiative, carried out under project BG05M2OP001-2.016-0022 "Modernization of higher education for more sustainable use of natural resources in Bulgaria". Ninth and eleventh graders from the "Agricultural Mechanization" and "Agroecology" fields had the opportunity to receive comprehensive information about the specialties offered at the Stara Zagorje University.

During the presentation part, Assoc. Dr. Stanislava Peeva and Ch. assistant professor Svetoslava Terzieva told the young people in detail about the specialties studied at the Faculty of Agriculture, the opportunities for external practical classes and internships, as well as the participation of students in project and scientific activities. During the visit, the students had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the rich exposition of the Museum of the Faculty of Agriculture, and listened to the information about the different animal species and their habitats with undisguised curiosity.
