ON THE DAY OF THE EXAM IN FRONT OF THE SOUTH ENTRANCE OF THE UNIVERSITY BUILDING IN STUDENT CITY, STARA ZAGORA (IF THEY HAVE INDICATED AN EXAM TAKING PLACE IN STARA ZAGORA) OR IN FRONT OF THE FACULTY OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGIES BUILDING, YAMBOL (IF THEY HAVE INDICATED AN EXAM TAKING PLACE IN YAMBOL).

Important! PASSING THE PRELIMINARY ENTRANCE EXAMINATION IS NOT A SUFFICIENT CONDITION FOR ADMISSION TO THE UNIVERSITY OF THRACE. PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS MUST APPLY BY JUNE 2, 2025, BY SUBMITTING A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA AND INDICATING THEIR DESIRED MAJORS.

IMPORTANT: THE APPLICATION FOR THE RESPECTIVE EXAM MUST BE MADE NO LATER THAN 16.30 HOURS 3 DAYS BEFORE THE EXAM DATE. (IF THE EXAM/TEST DATE IS ON MARCH 22, REGISTRATION MUST BE MADE BY 4:30 P.M. ON MARCH 19, СЛЕД ТОВА ВЕЧЕ ДАТАТА 22 МАРТ СТАВА НЕАКТИВНА).

Hello dear prospective students,

 Please read the following INSTRUCTIONS before proceeding with the registration:

 IMPORTANT BEFORE FILLING OUT THE FORM:BEFORE STARTING TO FILL OUT THE ONLINE FORM for registration for preliminary exams/tests, you must have fulfilled four mandatory conditions:

1. To have created a current and actively used email address. If you don't have one, it is mandatory to create it in order to successfully register.
2. Please familiarize yourself with the contents of Declaration of consent to the processing of personal data by a data subject.
3. Prepare a colourfull face picture лицевата (предната) част на личната карта, на която да се виждат ясно трите имена, ЕГН и лицето.
4. Prepare one of the following:

• Data from a debit/credit bank card to pay the examination registration fee.

• Please pay the examination registration fee in advance to the following bank account:

 IMPORTANT: When paying by bank transfer, please note that the fee for the first exam is 60 BGN and for each subsequent exam is 55 BGN. Also, when paying by money order, please write the candidate's full name and SSN in the reason for payment.

STEPS FOR REGISTRATION:

FIRST STEP - CREATING AN ACCOUNT:  In this step you need to click on "Registration of prospective students" and fill in the following personal data: your full name, your personal ID number, two telephone numbers and your e-mail address, as well as mark your consent to the personal data processing policy of the University of Thrace. After clicking on the "REGISTER" button you will receive a message on your personal e-mail to activate your student account. The message may be in your spam folder. Activate your account from the link in the message.

SECOND STEP - APPLYING FOR THE EXAMINATION: This step requires you to fill in several sections of information:

FIRST SECTION - PERSONAL DATA: select country, district, municipality and city/village from the drop-down menus. The detailed address field is optional. Attach colourfull face picture from ID. If you have an advantage, tick it and attach documents proving it. The 'Restoration of student rights' field applies to applicants who have lost their student rights and wish to restore them. If you do not use any of the benefits listed leave the boxes blank. After completing the details in this section you click 'Save'.

SECOND SECTION - METHOD OF APPLICATION You have 2 options: "Reinstatement of student rights by diploma" and "By examination". First option is only for students of the University of Thrace who have lost their student rights and wish to restore them. Second option: is for marking the exams/tests you will be taking. The calculator below takes into account the ticked boxes and calculates the amount you need to pay. You make payment by credit/debit card OR by money order (attach a picture of the money order).

After saving the data, a file is displayed on the screen that you need to save to your computer and print. print must bring the printed document with them on the day of the exam/test.

With this, your online registration for participation in the preliminary exams at Trakia University is complete.

After completing the online form:

1. In the generated document you receive an entry number, which you will use to participate in the preliminary student candidate exams/tests.
2. The generated document includes the exams/tests you have marked, as well as the date, time, and location (city, room) for attendance.

 Important! On the day of the exam, you must bring your ID card and the printout of the generated document. Candidates without a valid ID will not be allowed into the exam rooms.
