Hello dear prospective students,

Please read the instructions below before proceeding to registration.

IMPORTANT BEFORE COMPLETING THE FORM: Before proceeding with the online application form, you must have fulfilled four mandatory conditions:

1. To have created a current and actively used email address. If you don't have one, it is mandatory to create it in order to successfully register.
2. Please familiarize yourself with the contents of Declaration of consent to the processing of personal data by a data subject.
3. Prepare a clear photograph of both sides (face and back) of your secondary school diploma, and for 2022, 2023 and 2024 graduates, a certificate of completion of the first stage of secondary school - all subjects and grades should be clearly visible. If you have not yet received your diploma, you can register and apply for the exam(s) now and attach them later.
4. Prepare a colourfull face picture from IDon which the full name, ID number and photograph are clearly visible.
5. Prepare one of the following:

• Data from a debit/credit bank card to pay the examination registration fee.

Important! When paying by money order, please note that the fee for the first exam is 60 лв., а за всеки следващ е 55 lv. Also, when paying by payment order, please write the applicant's full name and PIN in the reason for payment.

STEPS FOR REGISTRATION:

FIRST STEP - REGISTRATION OF A PROSPECTIVE STUDENT In this step you have to fill in some personal data - your full name, your personal ID number, two telephone numbers and your e-mail address, and you have to mark your consent to the personal data processing policy of the University of Thrace. After clicking the "REGISTER" button you will receive a message on your personal e-mail to activate your student account. The message may be in your spam folder. Activate your account from the link in the message.

SECOND STEP - APPLICATION This step requires you to fill in several sections of information:

FIRST SECTION - PERSONAL DATA - select country, district, municipality and city/village from the drop-down menus. The detailed address field is optional. Attach colourfull face picture from ID. If you have an advantage, tick it and attach documents proving it. If you are restoring student rights, tick the appropriate box. If you do not have one of the listed benefits, leave the boxes blank.

SECOND SECTION - METHOD OF APPLICATION - mark the way you will apply - with examinations, without examinations (only with DZI and diploma grades) or restoration of student rights by diploma (the latter applies to students who have lost student rights at TRU). The calculator below takes into account the ticked boxes and notes the amount you need to pay. You make the payment by credit/debit card OR by money order (attach and send a photo of the money order).

THIRD SECTION - DETAILS OF SECONDARY EDUCATION COMPLETED You have 2 steps: 1. Fill in the details of the secondary school diploma - year of graduation, serial number, registration number, date of issue and 2. Completion of grades from the diploma and/or the certificate of completion of the first stage of upper secondary education. For applicants who completed their secondary education after 2008, the data is automatically retrieved from the Ministry of Education.

FOURTH SECTION - WISHES FOR RANKING - Here you should indicate how you wish to participate in the ranking (state order only, paid tuition only or both) and select your desired specialisations by dragging them with the mouse from left to right.

After saving the data, a file is displayed on the screen that you need to save to your computer and print.

This is the end of your online application to Thrace University.

After completing the online form:

1. In the generated file, you will receive an entry number with which you will participate in the candidate exams/tests and in the ranking.
2. Candidates who will be taking an entrance exam/test must bring the printed document with them on the day of the exam/test.

You can also submit documents in the building of Trakia University in Studentski grad, Stara Zagora (South entrance), in the Faculty of Engineering and Technology - gr. Yambol (38, Graf Ignatiev Str.), in our Branch in the town of. Haskovo (48, "Sojdeniye" Blvd.). If you decide to submit your application documents at these points, payment for the examinations/tests and the application fee is made on the spot.
