The 2022 graduate of the Medical College of Trakia University - Stara Zagora took his medical oath at a solemn ceremony on the occasion of his graduation. With an overall GPA of a very good 5.04, this year a total of 50 bachelors in the fields of Rehabilitation, Medical Laboratory Technician and Geriatric Specialist graduate and enter their professional careers, with 13 of them graduating with honors. The ceremony was attended by representatives of the rector's leadership of Trakia University, deans of faculties, guests from partner educational institutions and businesses. The event was honored with congratulatory addresses from the mayor of Stara Zagora Municipality, the director of RZI - Stara Zagora, as well as from the leadership of the Bulgarian Medical Union.

"Dear graduates, I believe that the new beginning will be successful for you, because you have excellent training and possess a huge charge of knowledge and youth. Use them and remember - the doors of Trakia University are open to you, because you remain forever in the hearts of your teachers and are part of our big academic family. Remember there are no small dreams! So make your dreams come true, succeed, be brave, be strong, be yourself! A fair wind and a good time!", wished the graduates on behalf of the rector's management of Thrace University Prof. Neli Grozeva, deputy. rector of academic activities.

The director of the Medical College - Prof. Anna Tolekova, welcomed her graduates with the words: "Dear graduates, I am proud of you and your successes! Remember - life is for the brave, the able and the knowledgeable. Along the way, you will have successes, but also defeats - the important thing is to stand up and move forward. Work, put all your skills and all your heart into your work, and above all - do good!"

Denitsa Hadjieva, who graduated in the specialty "Rehabilitator" with an excellent GPA of 5.93, was awarded the title of "excellent of the graduating class" this year and was awarded a special diploma and award from the Medical College. Among the outstanding graduates who were awarded special certificates, there were also the leaders of each of the specialties: Iliana Chausheva, who obtained the bachelor's degree "Rehabilitator" with an excellent grade of 5.90, Galina Todorova and Donika Dobreva, graduated as "Medical laboratory technicians" with an excellent grade of 5.69 and as well as the geriatric specialist Desislava Dobreva, who successfully graduated from good 5.25.

Dr. Yana Kashilska, manager of DKC 5, Plovdiv, specially congratulated the entire teaching team, saying that it is a pleasure for their medical institution to partner with the college, because the best medical specialists are trained in Stara Zagora.

At the end of the ceremony, 50 academic caps flew into the sky, symbolizing the flight of dreams and the high goals that young medical professionals will pursue in their professional path.
